I sure could use confirmation (or not) on, what I believe to be, a 1951-D 1DO-002 (extra eyelid). This would be the first extra eyelid DDO for me, so I am not certain. I have included photos of the 4 markers listed on coppercoins.com. All opinions are appreciated, thanks.

The markers and hub doubling are a match.

George: Didn't this doubled eye leap out at you? It takes a coin like this to see how hard we look at other coins when there is really nothing there. They just leap out at you and there is no doubt when you find a variety like this one.

Point well taken, Coop. I knew it was different immediately. And you are so right, I do tend to look way too hard for this error and others. I guess we all want to find our next treasure so badly our minds and eyes try to make things appear that really just aren't there.
