Is this my first rpm finally? looks like stuff on the top left of the coin, split serif bottom left.

Did you check to see if it's 1MM-011, 1MM-016, 1MM-017, or 1MM-023, they all look fairly close.

I would like to see a closer image of the date and mint mark. It looks like a split lower. But it may be a minor RPM that may not be listed. What I find interesting is the area between the 9 & 5. Is that white outline something on the coin or raised from the coin.

Location for the 011 is close, but note the bottom of the "6". Note the die that struck coin had the damaged hub and the 011 is a normal "6".

016 is on the "9", 017 & 023 are to far south to be the OP's coin.
