Are these pics good enough to get a grade? This coin has tiny white dots or spots or?

I'm lousy @ proofs. Tere are those here who'll give you a close to exact grade. Those pics are fantastic! Are the spots lint-like?

Assuming that the white spots are on the coin itself, you ain't getting a Proof-70 if that is your main concern.

Not really looking for a specific grade, although 70 would be great. And no, the spots are on the coin. They look like dried soap spots, but super tiny, almost mist like.
