Bought this raw from a dealer at a show this past Sunday I posted it under the grading forum and it was suggested that it may be AT but needed larger pictures. I hope these are large enough to determine AT/NT and grade. Thanks very much Edited by jake1050 08/20/2013 09:19 am

Well, the situation remains. Your images are too small. How are you creating them?

Maybe you are taking the pic too far away with your cam? And then by the time you crop you are left with a low resolution pic. Take the pic as close to the coin as your camera will allow while still staying in focus. You should be able to get at least a 600x600 image of the coin without issue with most cameras. Likely a lot better, then you can size down to upload.

Looks NT.....and when I say NT, it just means the toning developed over a long period (years) of time.

To me I say NT. Looks like a MS62 to me. I like it and probably would of bought it myself. What did you pay?

I'm not sure on grade or price but the tone looks natural to me.

I've seen similar toning on Barber coinage, and lean towards "natural" for this one. Images aren't quite sharp enough to grade with any authority, but you paid AU money for it and my gut says it's better than AU. Well done, in my book.

I like the look .. and my experience .. the coin looks better in have than in the pictures.
When I look at this coin .. I think album toning. Which I think is considered NT.
For the price, I think you did well, $70 is AU price. I do think this coin is in the MS grades.
Just my opinion, be better to see the coin in hand, to give a acurate grade.

@jake1050 for 70 I would of bought it also. If it looks better in hand which I bet it does pay 85-90. I bought same year Barber dime in proof with nice golden rim toning a few weeks back. I payed more than the PCGS listed value or the FMV on NumisMedia. But to me the coin has great eye appeal and if you want it you pay more.

Thanks for all your comments. I am hoping for an AU-58 it really looks so much nicer in hand. Thanks for the photo ‘taking' suggestions I have a great pro Canon camera with a macro lens it was given to me by a relative for a b-day gift just need to learn how to take close up photos that do not blur when enlarged. I have a tripod but my guess is when I hit the ‘button' there is some small bit of movement. Can anyone point me to a guide of macro photography preferably for coins? Again thanks for your help I will post the grade when it returns from PCGS.
