1998 LMC - Struck Through String Or Something, Or PMD?

I am not sure if this is PMD or if it is a struck through error (possibly string or something). The only reason I am asking is it is copper colored inside the the "ditch" and is pretty deep. I would think if it was scratched or dug out, the zinc would be showing. Thanks for looking.

Looks like the edges are pushed up which would mean it is PMD but I am not 100%...hard to decipher from the pictures

If they are pushed above the field, then it would be PSD. The struck through item and the fields would prevent the area in question from raising.

Based on the way the light reflects, the left side of the "ditch" appears to be ever so slightly higher. Thanks for bringing this to my attention guys. Looks like PMD.
