Not from circulation, but a junk bin - it's been jostled around a bit, but the fields are still so shiny that you can see my camera lens. Not bad for 20 cents.

It's impaired because it was found in a mixed 5/$1 bin that's been jostled and jingled through by countless customers - so there are a few scratches and a few fingerprints. It would probably still make the 60 range, but not 65 or 64.
