Can some one help me figure out the value of this? 1935 silver certificate fold over error note. Blue seal cut in half. Part of the signature and two digits of the serial# from the front are on the back.On the front or {face} of the bill is the original rejection marks {red x} and rejection stickers Thanks, James oh, pmg 64

Based on your description, I would estimate its value at anywhere from 5 to 1 Billions Dollars. Seriously though, pictures would be good because with errors the value can change drastically based on what you have exactly.
