Is my mind playing tricks?

I THINK I see a little extra thickness on bottom right of the 8, as well as something in the bottom right of the 4. It also looks like thickness of the left of the L in LIBERTY.

I don't see much in the 4, but the 8 sure is suspicious.

The bottom right of the 8 looks like it took a hit to me.The bottom right of the 4 looks interesting but I think it is a normal coin not a DD.

Looks within normalcy to me. Check the ear for a DDO.

It probably is PMD as John1 and Numismo have stated, but just in case you might want to check it against the markers here: http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=eds Just in case...

If it was D MM I would be curious about 1984 D 1DO-005. Looks similar.

The "L" on LIBERTY looks as wide as the 008, BUT, Note the other letters on LIBERTY? They are normal size. Looks like the L was flattened from circulation/damage.
