Hey guys. Is this an OMM and if so, do they command a premium? I had a few people tell me that silver quarters are common and haven't appreciated past their silver value. Any insight would be great!

An over mint mark would be like a D/S or S/D.

A RPM is a D/D or S/S.

But your coin is showing Flat shelf like doubling called Machine Doubling which is common. Sorry

Well it's still a silver coin. Be happy for that!
