Not exactly Lisa BB firstly our oppinions on the coin is from the photos you have provided which due to the darker tone could be a bit off but it would be quite accurate give or take a good or nearly grade or prehaps a full grade depending on differences in oppinion. Otherwise cleaning it would destroy it's value entirely and it shouldn't be compared to that proof coin which was sold primarily because there was a significantly lower mintage making it much more rare and also due to the special processes which were used to produce it as can be seen through the satin like fields and exceptional quality of strike.
p.s. it would be like comparing apples and oranges they are definetely not the same and the differences in value represent this.
