Vaclav Havel Silver Coin (Medallion) Any Info Appreciated

Here are images of a Vaclav Havel 1989 Silver Medallion but I can not find any information about this piece. Online research shows some other later date issues but nothing on the 1989. Vaclav Havel was first elected president in December 1989 after Czechoslovakia became free of Russian control and in this office he served continuously until 2003. Any help appreciated.

Cannot tell what the single character below Havel's name is (in your case "D", the dealer's image has an "E"). When your medal was issued, Havel was president of Czechoslovakia; he was the last head of state of that country, and the first president of the Czech Republic. The "signature" next to his portrait refers to Miroslav RĂ³nai, a Slovak designer. He still designs coins for Slovakia today ...
