Todays Tag Sale Find

I live in a pretty small town, less than 1000 people and every year this weekend they have a Saturday & Sunday town wide tag sale. You have to go get a map at the town hall that has everyone who's participating all mapped out (with descriptions of some of the stuff there) and you have to drive between houses all day. Lol, the houses in my town are very spread out..

First thing this morning I headed out and the only place to have coins (maybe left?) was the first house I went to.. Thankfully they were still there, as It was the closest sale from the town hall.

She had a 4 '64 Kennedy's MS, but a little toned, and a lone circulated '43 merc dime. She knew they were silver but didn't know the melt values and didn't really have a price in mind. So I told her that the melt value was just under $35 but due to condition the kennedys might be worth more, but she still said to just give her $30, that she had gotten them at the bank years ago so she didn't care.

So I got them for a little under melt.. Not too bad. The Kennedy's are pretty darn nice, I didn't know they were MS or even really look at them too well at all until I got home. I thought they were slightly circulated due to the tone (and a dark garage) but once I got home and saw them in the sunlight they definitely look MS!
