Beside the DIE CLASH. I would like to know if some body knows. CAROLUS IIII. it's wrong spelling? Because I think the name of that king was CARLOS IV.Thank for your opinion.

Do not see any clash there. Just some scratches or hit marks etc.
CAROLUS IIII is correct on this coin.
You may want to post this over at the world coin error/variety forum
for more input if needed.

Thank Indian1 for that advice. The Spanish dollar was the first dollar to run around, authorized by the congress of USA. I see very clear inside of the left side of the crown. (The top corner of a building). Part of the Die clash (under de crown) they look like scratches.
