I ordered mine on release day, after my friend told me where he ordered his. He had a plan to try and beat the tax. LOL almost back fired. But it does look like they will attempt to honour these orders this time around.

Here are some interesting stats for the "Gold Super-Coin". All selling prices were taken from ebay.

@thecurse9
That is very informative. What does Nb stand for? Number sold?

Yes. "Average price" and "Number sold" for each day.

Great work, thecurse9! Appreciate the effort. Ok, here's my 2 cent analysis for the next few days. Good support at $2000. If the price breaks below $2000, the next strong support level is $1000. Expect a downward move toward this level by the end of the month. Should the price break to the upside over $2500, expect a quick run-up to the $3500/$4000 mark within the next 2 weeks. Anyone else care to take a crack at this chart?....

@ curse 9 Chart analysis:::overlooked is the fact that 3 golds have sold in and around the 3000.00 range in that time period based on completed listings for superman in Commemorative...The price has reached a 2500 average over the past few days and the silver 1 oz coins are generally well in the 150 range..I think the simplest analysis is that the prices are creeping up steadily and the supply is decreasing although we are in the short term deluged with flippers who are getting their shipments finally.....good deals are quite possible even for gold coins but especially for silver although the time period is shrinking for the really good deals on ebay..and I am talking about ebay...I just got another invoice for a waiting Shield from the RCM so there are some still available by waitng at the RCM although I did place my order in mid sept! RCM price is the best deal.....Great Charts by the member..thanks!

@ Cassidy77Sorry to correct your own correction, but it's the 1/4 OZ coin that is still available on the RCM site. I assume that is the one you meant. As you said, the other six coins are either Sold Out or Awaiting Stock.

I think the 1/2 oz. has a higher mintage (15000?). That might be why it's still available?
