I didn't see anything about the 1 and 9 on the web. Can somebody give me a good link to look at, all them I found weren't very good. Lincoln Cent Lover! A few more quick ways to tell: Large: The Top of the 9 is above the Top of the 1 Small: The Top of the 9 is even with the Top of the 1 Large: The Stem of the 6 is Longer than the one on a small Small: The Stem of the 6 is shorter than the one on the large. Large: The Bottom of the 6 is Below the Bottom of the 1 Small: The Bottom of the 6 is Even with the Bottom of the 1 Large: The 0 is round Small: The 0 is Oval Hope this Helps.
