They also sell PNCG graded coins! Look at the sellers other coins for sale.

Seems this seller has the exclusive contract for ebay sales of the entire output of PCSG (can anybody make out what the S stands for?), as well as their sister firm (with the same American flag logo), PNCG. Paramount Numismatic Coin Grading, I think it says. |

BTW there is a collecting opportunity here - I met a guy at the coin club last night who collects 2nd & 3rd tier slabs. Not the coins IN the slab per se but the slab itself. He showed me one whose initials apparently mean "Nothing Less than 70" in Elbonian...
