The blotchy toning detracts from the eye appeal a bit, and so a slight loss in value , but not much in this case. I don't think it has been cleaned at any time since issue. with all previous posts. However I will put my neck out and call this one good aUNC or maybe even unc. AU58 at least The blotches in the toning are probably due to some clown rubbing it lightly between their finger and thumb. Report this Post to the Staff
