Help With ID Please! Is This Cleopatra VII (Again?)

When I look further I saw these photos, can it be cleopatra VII or am I wrong (having the cleopatra fever) The coin seems genuine to me, despite the bad pictures. He already sold 2 great republic denarius for just 30 euro (was too late) under the description: Old greek coins.
