Lamination error. John I put a bunch of these on ebay this summer for $4 each and had ONE taker. They are nice, but there is no market for them.

I'd call this one a JPU. Because it is Just Plain Ugly. LOL Looks like it spent sometime outdoors. Even the obverse has a little bit of peeling on the rim at 10:00.
