I'm searching a fresh bag of mixed dates/states/mints tonight. I didn't know they came in mixed bags.

Are you sure it was a sealed bag from the mint and not a bag that was reused

I was wondering about that myself as I waited for shipment. Purchased it on ebay. The bag was stitched (Hey, lot's of people have sewing machines) :-)But the label on the bag appears to be OGP and clearly says "Mixed Quarters Bag 1999-2000". If it's a scam, someone went to a lot of work to have fake labels made. The coins, so far, are what one would expect...lot's of 63's and 64's, but I have gotten a few keepers and haven't seen any so far that look circulated.

I recall the US Mint selling a $25 bag of mixed quarters like that back in 2001 or so. I think it's a legit item.

I'm not aware of the Mint selling mixed bags. My guess is it is an aftermarket item.

I just looked it up on the internet and found that the Mint did sell a mixed bag of 1999 & 2000 P & D State Quarters. The item number was 2A7.
