This coin was in the house of an old man in my village, under a chest of drawers.

Can you identify and grade it, please ?

It's silver, 25-26mm diameter and weighs 11.05g.

Please see below for pics.

Not on Islamic coins, where the regnal date and either the year or accession date are often on opposite sides of the coin.

It also adds some redundancy, important in a coin series such as this one where important details are often left off the flan. We can see a similar effect in Spanish-colonial cobs, which also had the date in two separate places. This redundancy increases the odds of at least one date being visible on the coin.

There is a third number on this coin - "92"

quote
"Numeral 92 is observed on almost all coins of Hyderabad. It is not the Reginal year of the state or any king or something related to the rank of Nizam or mint identification. It is the Numerical Value of the name "Muhammad". In Islam Prophet Muhammad is praised and honored, therefore Muslims do not want his name to touched with unclean hands or thrown on the floor. For this reason they represent it with the numerical sum. Muhammad: Mim + Ha + Mim + Dal = 40 + 8 + 40 + 4 = 92."
