I just saw that an 1880 $4 piece is hitting the auction block: http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/oddnews...4025987.html It is scheduled for auction September 23rd according to the article, and could bring in $1.5 million. Surprised that a major coin auction house isn't holding the sale,instead of Bonhams, while they are a top class auction house, they are most known for fine art auctions.
