Maybe a cameo but again, hard to tell by those pics. Tough for a coin to make a true 69. One tiny flaw anywhere on the coin and only one is allowed. No way to judge this one down to a tee on those pics. Other than the deep cameo, I wonder how many would even question the grade if it was in a PCGS slab ? At least judging by the pics. shown.
