Err... so I met a fellow collector yesterday and did a few trades with him. One of the trades was Bullion and here's what we did:
I traded him 1 2013 1oz Canadian Silver Maple Leaf for:
6 1/10oz Silver Golden State mint rounds 1 1/2 oz Silver Golden State mint rounds
At the time he said that he wanted to get rid of his bullion that was under 1oz and since I gave him 1/10oz less I thought it was a good deal. I'm not too sure anymore. What kind of credibility does the Golden State Mint have compared to Canadian Maple Leaf's in the open market?
Thanks.

I had a couple of these rounds - in Edmonton they seem to be the prevalent fractional round used. You did well by trading up, especially with those fractional premiums.
GSM is a known, established private mint. Their bars are pretty common. Presuming that you didn't trade into a pile of plated knockoffs, you have no credibility worries there. The trade you did is fair -- nobody made or lost a fortune and at that level, the exact profit amount isn't really critical.
