I have a few Canadian coins that I would like to have grade and retail value on if someone knows, first is 1912 Canada quarter, it is dark in hand but looks high grade to me

Did you scan it? If you did, you should use an editor program and crop it. Like this: It's still not great, but I don't have the original scan.

It looks like it might be decent, but not enough detail from the scan. We need to get a good look at the details of the crown. The jewels and head band to be exact.

You need to go back and scan it again, but some how you need to increase the resolution so that when you enlarge it, the details are still there.

While I can't make out enough of the details to give a precise grade, I think it's around F-12. Maybe it's VG-10, maybe VF-20 at best. Either way, it trends for about $20 (say $10 - $30).
