It is almost a given with any fake £1 (and this is a fake) that it will not match a known coin. Obverses and reverses create all sorts of interesting mules and the edge markings, if any, ensure that these coins should not be taken seriously.
But as someone on here pointed out to me, a fake only has to do its job once for the forger to make his profit.

Definitely a fake.

It has, albeit filled, the word COPY behind the queens neck.... as per https://goccf.com/t/123508&whichpage=6

I've seen a few fake pound coins sold on ebay as errors... some of them nice 'error fakes' with prominent die clashes etc
