Second one of these I've found. Coin's only a MS61 or 62 but I like my birth year rpm's. A very strong secondary mint mark punching can be seen on this variety.

A heavy die scratch runs north from the back of the head to the O of GOD.

Light SW-NE die scratches are scattered through the top right part of the design.
