What's Going On With This Dime? - Coin Community Forum

That's where someone took a second dime and placed the obverse side on the Obverse of this coin and pressed the 2 together with the rotation being turned, to make it look like a double struck coin. The date on the pressed coin looks to of been an 1995 and the other on looks to be a 1993 If this coin was a double struck coin all the lettering would be the same "Not" flipped and reversed kind of like looking in a mirror.
