The mint specifications have it at 31.103 grams but I am not sure what the acceptable variance is. Hopefully someone with that info can chime in.

And !

The rim is finned. In the last image you can see it on the edge shot of the rim.

I agree - finned rim. Being that this is such a large coin to begin with, I don't know if the finning is proportionally large enough to command any sort of premium. Some would consider it an error, while others would not.

I'm sorry, but what is a finned coin? Thanks.

It's from Finland . The rim is thinner, why finned not thinned

It is a "fin" because it is elevated above the surface of the coin like a fish's fin. It is caused by the planchet extruding between the die and collar, typically seen on planchets that are slightly overweight or strikes with higher than normal pressure. In the OP's case, you have a chubby SAE

There are some amazing finned rim errors coming out in the last few years. I've seen a handful of 2009 and later cents with HUGE finned rims. They are spectacular. It is unfortunate though, that these finned rims are often damaged because they are so large and so thin. There have also been a couple finned rims on proof strikes and bullion strikes in modern issues.
