I just got this one today. I really like the toning. The back seems to be more worn than the front. What are your thoughts on the grade? Thanks

VF30. I would have said VF35 if it wasn't for the reverse.

Thanks for the replies from everyone. I posted a couple more better pictures. I agree that the reverse definitely takes away from the obverse.

30 here too. Old cleaning and retoning. Looks market acceptable although they might net it to 25.

Would the toning bring any sort of premium? I paid $41 for it and feel that it was a good buy.

The eye appeal and color of your coin help for sure. Remember we're talking about a sub-$100 piece so "premium" is a relative term. Certainly you got a very good deal at $41 and I agree that it should grade VF30.

I believe your coin is worth close to $100. Even wholesale value on a VF25 is $88 so that would be a minimum figure.
