Its BEAUTIFUL!

I wish I had the guts to have a single coin of that value in my collection. Someday...

I'm horrible at grading gold, but I'll go AU53.

Love that design!

There a few dings on the rims, a noticeable scratch on the front left arm, scattered chips on eagle wings, and a scratch under eagle's neck. I'd grade it EF40+ but I am no expert, just going off what I see.

AU55 I am definitely not a gold expert though so don't take my word for it.

I'd go with AU55. AU53 if the luster is subdued.

Because gold is the softest of the common coining metals the TPG's tend to go a bit easier on marks.
But I think there's enough flatness on the high points to make this an XF coin.
