seller has good feedback, also selling a bunch of uncleaned in bulk and several other singles in this grade. but it looks too well centered and well struck ?

Yes, its real. Its a nice example, but this period has thousands of those up for grabs. Its got remarkable celatorship on the captive which I've not seen before, though.

These types are common are not worth faking because of it.

A more likely scenario would be a seller with poor Feedback with a "coin" in question being a Balbinus Fake.
