its not an error that I recall from 1962. I think it is some sort of acid or damage to the coin post production of the coin. most errors from 1962 aren't like this. do you have more than one of these in the bag?

..besides all of the obvious possible "planchet flaw damage",...there is a fine DC traversing across the neck. Can't remember seeing DC's across the neck like that before. Cool piece..!!
