I bought these two coins for a dollar a piece along with a 1890 fine details and 1922 decent looking British large cents a dollar a piece as well. One looks like a draped bust large cent. Is the other a British large cent as well.

When you say British "cents" - are you talking about one of the colonial issues? Some of those places issued cents.

The one on the left is definitely not a British Penny, looks like a colonial of some sort. The reverse says United States on it.

They both look like draped bust large cents to me..

I put a line where the bottom of the wreath looks to be.

The first (left) appears to be a coronet head large cent from 1816-1839
The second appears to be a draped bust large cent, from 1796-1807.
Both were issued by the United States.

The 1922 coin is definitely a British penny (one-twelfth of a shilling, withdrawn 1971). It's considered a semi-key date with a mintage of 16 million (compared with 129 million in 1921, for instance). However in this condition I'm afraid it's of little value. There is an extremely rare variety of this penny with the same reverse type as 1927-36 - smaller exergue, wider rims and overall slightly smaller design - but sadly this is the normal type! Fun find in a junk bin though!

The left hand coin is not a Draped Bust wreath. The C in CENT is visible, and its position relative to the letters in UNITED rules out the Braided Hair type. So, Classic Head or Matron Head, 1808-1839.

Maybe this is the way the obverse is suppose to be on the left coin?
