Would This Capped Bust Get A Details Grade?

his 1822 has a small crater to the left on the eagle`s beak. Scans are small so yoIu to zoom in order to see it properly. In my opinion it would get a details grade. I would consider that an impairment, not normal circulation.

Wow, nice looking coin.
But whatever's happening around the eagles head doesn't look good.
I'm leaning towards a DETAILS coin.

Actually the scratches above that crater, and on the bust, are probably as bad or worse; this one would definitely get a Details grade.
