Every bag is like this. Ikes are just filthy as heck for some reason.
I'm gonna guess it has something to do with the fact they just sit there forever until they get hauled out for me to look through them. This bag was dated 2007... slowly getting older.

My hands looked that way from the last bag of mixed world coins I searched through.

Hopeful you have a good sanitizing hand wash soap. Any good finds for all that dirt? David

Just a solo AU '72 T2, and a 40%. A proof and a nice '73-D too. A little more for the pile, as they would say...

At least, you won't have to wear one of those copper wrist bands for your health! Thorough wash with good 'ole soap 'n water usually does the trick! Bigger problem at a coin show or at a dealer's shop, and then you decide that you would like to eat.

I have never given a crap. I regularly dig through my dealers junk silver then head next door for some pizza. And I usually don't hit his junk until after I've done a box or three of halves on Fridays.
I haven't been sick in any major way in about 3.5 years... consequently, that's when I got serious about roll searching. Coincidence? Who knows?

You need to eat some Cheetos after sorting through that bag!
