Don't think the Ottomans would take kindly to being called "Arab!"

I think the date is AH1200/(AD1785 or AD1786)

UPDATE - think I was wrong, looks like a 1 or 2 Kurush from Turkey

Calling it "Arab" is not entirely wrong, since the language on the coin is Arabic. Better, though, to call it "Islamic" rather than "Arab".

The coin is dated 10th regnal year of 1255 accession date (the characters that look a bit like "1400" are actually "1255" written in Arabic numerals). That converts to 1264 in the Islamic calendar, or AD 1848.

The small silver coins of Ottoman Turkey all have exactly the same design; you tell the denominations apart by size. What's the diameter of your coin?

As I said, the 1 and 2 kurush coins appear identical in pictures; you can only tell them apart by size. If it's 18mm across, then your coin is actually a 2 kurush.

Here's the catalogue reference page.

The mint is Konstantinye. The ascension year is 1255 and it was minted in year 10
Sap you are a bit off in the description of the writing, the letters are Arabic (not islamic, as many Arab Christians would be offended) , but the language is Ottoman. The language became known as Turkish and the letters were changed to Western script after WWI.
