10 of them to be exact... I didn't image all of them before sending them off, but I did post several in the grading section here. Submitted them at what looks like the final Whitman in Philly back on Friday, one of the nine (an '80) is scheduled for grading now and the others are pending. Hoping for a couple 65's out of the commons and a bunch of 64's, and figured the '80 was a shot 64. Guess we'll find out in a few weeks!

Many of the GSA Morgans had a LOT of "noise" on Liberty's cheek and ended up as MS-62 (mine did and that's the grade it got). But since you're looking for MS-64 or -65 I suspect they look better than the average.

Yeah, these aren't 62's. There may be a couple 3's, but I'll be shocked if I get a 2 on any of them except for one which is my "setup" coin.

I wish you the best with it ... my experience is that you never know what the wizards at any TPG will come back with. David

Are you having any of them attributed for VAM's?

Nah, no VAM's worthy of attribution in the lot. There's no top 100's for 83 or 84, and only one set from '82. The '80 is a dash under variety, so common.

I just realized the first nine skipped "Scheduled for Grading" and went straight into grading/qc. Hmm... Those are the economy coins too, the solo is the early bird... From their site;
ORDER STATUS EXPLANATION Status Meaning Received The submission package has arrived at NGC and the number of coins in each package has been checked against the number shown on the submission invoice. The coins have been arranged by service type and date received to await the verification process.
Verification is a detailed check that the date, denomination and mint mark of the coins match the information on the submission form.
Scheduled For Grading Verification has been completed and submission information is entered into a computer so the coins will be traceable throughout the grading process by invoice number.
Each coin is given a temporary holder with a label bearing its invoice and line item number as text and bar-code. The coins are placed in labeled and bar-coded plastic boxes, dated, and are arranged in the order received, so that they will be graded on a "first in-first out" basis by service type.
They are now awaiting the NGC grading process, and once graded, the encapsulation process.
Grading/Quality Control Coins are graded,encapsulated, and re-examined by a grader to make certain that their labels are correct for both the grade and its accompanying descriptive information. He also inspects each coin for any flaws on its holder, such as scuffs or nicks.
Finalized/Imaged/Shipped Coins have been inspected and approved in Quality Control, photographed in our imaging department if applicable and carefully packaged and shipped via your chosen method of delivery. Grades are now available for viewing online, and the package is on its way back to you.
Please refer to our Current Turnaround Estimates to determine when your coins will be completed and returned to you. The time it takes for submissions to move through the different phases of the process depends on the tier of service you selected and the volume of submissions we have in house. The amount of time a submission stays in any one point of the process is not necessarily indicative of the length of time it will take before your submission is completed. For example, an Early Bird submission may make it quickly through the receiving/verification process and is ready for grading but if there are submissions with higher priority service types (like Express or Walkthrough) in the grading room, they will get done first. Conversely, if a large volume of coins are received during a particular time, a submission may be marked as Received and not make it to Scheduled for Grading for many days but then quickly move through the other points in the process. With that said, we never hold submissions back because of their service type. So, if there are Express and Earlybirds in the grading process and we can get them all done, we will regardless of the number days left in the projected turnaround time.

As of this moment, the 1880 has gone into grading/quality control.

Status hasn't changed yet. None are graded, or at least showing grades at this point. I did call their customer service to ask why they were in grading so quickly and the lady who helped me explained that GSA's go through a slightly different process and are marked as grading/quality control rather than scheduled much faster for some reason. So we're probably a couple weeks out from seeing grades.
