I'm sure it's PMD but thought it was funny the placement of the "bite" mark also added the reverse.thought there was interesting spot on the rim and by the steps.

Looks like a struck through on the neck. Perhaps a small piece of wire bur? The reverse looks like a linear plating bubble. If flows over the steps.
