I'm looking to purchase one of these in MS 64 by one of the three top TPG's. What would you guys say is an average/fair price for a 1911s Lincoln?

$550-575 is what I'd expect.

Heritage Auctions has offered 7 similar examples in the last calendar year, all PCGS. Prices ranged from $399.50 (not particularly great for eye appeal) to $705 (popular provenance on the slab). Average seems in the upper-$400 range.
