The 2000 coin is known as a 'rabbit ear' due to the shape of the 'extra' ear looking a bit like a rabbits ear. These occur on many years, 1984, 85(scarce), 94, 98, 2000, 06, 08, 09 and 2010. All the years except 1985 are fairly easy to find with 2000 being the 2nd hardest. Definitely a keeper.

The 1984 coin is probably a 'dryer' coin, ie it's been tumbling around in a clothes dryer for some considerable time. The 2005 coin is most likely very slightly off centre. In my opinion, neither of these would be worth more than face value.

Here are some links to other threads re Aussie $1 coins, some with images, others just lists. They might help you with the noodling. Good luck!

Firstly, nice rabbit ear:)
Secondly, it is not uncommon to find 1984 & 19855 MOR's with high rims. I have a theory, unfounded and untested, but a theory nonetheless, that the early MOR's were a softer alloy, and that the rims kind of "spread out" under the influence of circulation, as the ones I have found were very well circulated, with rims in good condition. Your 1984 looks to be in good condition, so I think you've de-bunked my theory a little!
