2003 1-DR-023 W/ Questions

i have atributed this as the coin listed at coppercoins as 1DR-023. the described die markers are not visible (to me). however there is also a die chip to the top of the first bay which I have read as describe as a "hornets nest". I have seen "COOP"s progression images of the die chipping in this area. I am not 100% certain of the atribution - but the doubled column is VERY close to the 023. does anyone think this is correct. anyway I havent found anything fun or interestein I quite some time - so this was at least a fun find for me.

You said 2003 DDR with Questions...but you didn't ask any

Looks like a doubled 7th column. In the corner of that bay is a die chip (or looks like one..pictures a bit blurry). I have found a few of those. That chip will keep getting bigger and bigger until they stop using the die.

Uhm, I don't know if that's true, Jay.
I found an identical penny back about 8-9 months ago, with a similar size chip. I held on to it and waited and waited and waited... and the chip never grew bigger.
