coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/01/2013 2:20 pm On the bottoms of the devices there is Machine Doubling. What you are seeing above the devices is die flow/die wear. I refer to this as snowstorming as it flows like drifts over the devices. This is extreme die wear, VLDS. The die wear takes off the crispness of the die and eventually the fields and the devices flow together. Report this Post to the Staff

Noted numerous die cracks and flow areas, but some areas like under the chin look earlier die state. Also polished area on east appeared some wheat patterns, and upside down lettering from date though coat. Machine Doubling obscures much of the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
