I'm with FadeToBlack MS64 or 65 closer shots of the coin are needed.

Looks MS65 to me...But it's hard to see wear or luster breaks with this lighting.

Good cause that is what I thought It was MS-64 and in an PCGS OGH even better could very well be a MS-65.
