My COA #'s for Spiderman coins are #199, #202 & #518. Each item comes in it's own individual box (with tin/coin/COA & info booklet inside) & # is on a Spiderman sticker on each box as well as being on COA. Very nice item! @cassidy77: These #'s worth a premium at all? If I had ordered as soon as posted by APMEX, #'s may have been lower. Now I'm curious about #'s on my Downies order & if they are packaged in the same manner.

I forgot to mention each of these individual boxes are also sealed in heavy duty zip-lock clear plastic bags with an APMEX UPC sticker on them. APMEX really has done an outstanding job with this item! (Also the mint that minted them).

the spidey coinset sounds very impressive.....not sure when my ebay seller is shipping but I got word that my Dr. Who coins are on the way.....as far as the COA value goes .im no authority on this but .logic tells me that anything under 3 digits would get a premium and single digits would be awesome but it would depend on the total mintage.....your coa numbers are low so the lower the better unless you get a 777 or any triple digit for that matter which would be unusual....TTYL captain hook!

thats great fillurboots......im still awaiting notice from blu chip but I'm pretty convinced that spiderman will be a top seller and I will be getting some of them more any day now via ebay again.....gold is down and so is silver but some of these NCLT coins are quick profit items and tho I normally stick to vintage coins I'm becoming more interested in the NCLT releases and superheroes is a good and fun area to specialize in so I'm in!

got my NIEU Island Dr Who coins today....made by the NZ Mint it says ..although I think its the same for the Spiderman coin that Perth Mint actually produced the coins..anyways it is awesome and the Tardis container is twice as big as I expected like 8 inches tall by 4 X 4 square and very nicely put together...cant wait to see the spidey coins .....still havent got ship notice yet

Got my Spiderman 3 coin order from Downies today (Shipped from Australia and suspect US ship site no longer exists). Same nice appearance of coin & tin. COA #'s are 43, 61 & 64. I was surprised at low #'s.

thats good news captain hook....the very low coa's are awesome..my Dr Who coa's were ,like, the last of the mintage numbers!9924 kind of numbers..although it would be cool to get a very last number or a 999 number as well...anyways..ive been looking at the new Dr Who set of 11 coins and I'm not too impressed..i think it would be cool if it were issued by The Royal Mint of the UK but I'm kind of done with Dr Who for now...i like the one I've got.....The US mint should release a Spiderman series..that would be brilliant ...gold spiderman would look good...anyways the spiderman release seems to be a very slow moving affair ...quite the opposite of Spider Man!

This coin has gotten zero PR and even no coin summaries by web coin newsletters such as World Coin News. Totally shadowed by Superman at the moment. Time will tell...

APMEX now has a very limited - 25 - signed actually by Stan Lee. Cost: $400 USD for check/wire payment & $413 USD for cc orders. Ouch! He was born in 1922 & is getting up there. I can't afford & cc needs a break.

I havent checked the APMEX site re the Stan Lee coins but......The problem with signed stuff is always gonna be ..is it a fake? Mr Lee would know that..in comic books there is no certainty that the signatures arent faked unless they are independantly certified and sealed in a cgc holder or something similar.....so I wouldnt go for an uncertified signed coin ...and I presume its the coin itself that is signed......i just got my spider man coinset ship notice from ebay seller so I should be looking at them pretty soon...cant wait! prices are still good on ebay...117 from blu chip plus 25 registered shipping from australia..i think they should be showing up a lot more on the bay pretty soon

i see that the APMEX offering of signed COA for spiderman is already soldout...good for them..i thought about ordering 3 more from APMEX as they have the best price but then they throw in all kinds of surcharges for canada which ups the price to my ebay seller price so I think just going to get more from blu chip on ebay......much easier for me...im definitely stoked on the Spider Man release......

I agree CASSIDY77! It was an actual Stan Lee autograph on the COA instead of a facsimile of his autograph - not signed on coin. At the asking price, too high & too much risk if trying to flip. APMEX sold out on just the Stan Lee autographed coin set or all of the Spiderman?

I decided to go with APMEX on my 2nd spider man coinset order..if I upped my order it made it more worthwhile...so I did...the autograph series sold out fast......amazing spider man!..too much money for a coa in my opinion...you can practically get a signed comic book for that money....maybe! I'm sure the spiderman coins will sellout fast through APMEX then the fun will begin on ebay

I'm with you all the way CASSIDY77! I guess you have not received your ebay order(s) yet. I think you will be impressed on how APMEX packages this order! Very happy with my orders from both Downies & APMEX. Still no PR from coin news update or world coin news newsletters. Google coin online newsletters & subscribe for free from many great coin related newsletters. Just a suggestion but hey it is finally the weekend!
