Ok. So I seemed to have a problem while collecting. Half the time I just don't know what to purchase and the other half I end up selling things to get something else. Lol.
Anyways, I sold off the last of the silver pieces I didn't want, and I started off with a half roll of CMLs with some of the money. And I have $90-$100 left to spend.
Should I go for weight and get 4 oz? Or find something new or rare?
Keep in mind I don't have anything in my collection that you would consider rare or uncommon.
Suggestions on how I should spend this money?
Lets make this fun! :-D

1. Send all money to me. This will free you up on this massive problem of what to do next. 2. Take whatever money you have to spend and buy Buggy Whips. At the latest prices of gas for your car, the Horese and Buggy are sure to return. 3. Buy Stocks in a Silver Mine. Then the Silver they dig out could be used to make coins and you could be on the list for the first ones. Not really. 4. Buy lots of Mercury dimes and semd to me. I save those. 5. Buy toys, not candy and give to kids for trick or treat time on Holloween. Safer and lots of fun for them.

Sounds like you're shotgunning your collection. Why not grab your Red Book and pick out one set to work on.

You sound like me, maybe you just started fairly recently? If so, what I would recommend is go ahead and buy lots of cheap stuff at low markups, then take your time to go through them. Use thse practice sets to target a set of coins that you really like (for me, it was proofs) and then focus there. After I bought a few proof sets, I found that people were selling silver proof by the roll on ebay at melt, so thats what I'm going to be focusing on.

Exactly my problem. I narrowed it down sort of to eagles maples kookaburras for 1 oz coins. Then I love everything Pamp makes. But. I don't know. Should I finish filling my roll of maples? I'm afraid to buy rare or different pieces as you can't garuantee your money back.

It is so easy for people to suggest different types of hobbies or projects for others but it really is up to the individual on what they like. Of course you could just take any extra money and go out panning for Gold.

Precious metals? Buy something interesting. Some roman silver, for example.

Yes Chris. It will be awhile before I will have anything to sell you again lol. But well see..
And carl interesting you say that because I was thinking about going to pan this summer but barely had time to get the detector out.
I think for now ill finish the roll of maples. Then ill take a look at some sets and see which one I could actually finish without going broke lol.
Thanks guys
