there is a lot of luster but some wear.im thinking au +. I'm using a scanner to photograph my coins but it doesn't seem to capture alot of details. I'm thinking of going to a digital camera. I dont know the best way to do it.

The flattening of the hair suggests it doesn't make AU, so I'll call it XF45.

I will go AU-50. I think the flatness is more from a weak strike than wear and apparently the TPG's don't evaluate the strike when grading these.

Notoriously. Weak strikes on the 21s. Looks EF45 maybe AU50
