OK... I believe this roll wasn't opened.
After all, they can't put it on the Internet if it isn't true!
PS: The Easter Bunny wants to know when you would like him to return your leg?

I believe it hasn't been opened........since he very very very poorly tried to re-crimp it after putting the coins in there.

If unopened how does seller know it's a mixed Indian/Wheat roll up to 1958? Here we go again with stareyed buyers dreaming of a score. Why doesn't the seller open them all. Just a few 1877s, 1909S or S VDBs and he would profit more than all the rolls he's selling. Wait-I get it. He has rolls of those dates too and just wants to get rid of them. I wish he'd send me his buyer list. I've got some waterfront(swamp) property in Florida they might be interested in.

If he really wants to generate some bids, he should "find" a roll with a $2 1/2 gold piece on the end.

I say it was opened. I bought a few unsearched ,unopened rolls on ebay from different sellers .Every one of the rolls were opened on 1 side.I had plenty of unopened rolls from the bank to know.

Stay away from rolls with 3cs. Whether you believe they are unsearched or seeded is irrelevant. In shipping that little trime is going to rub itself on the coin behind like a nutmeg against a grater...

I bought plenty of "unsearched rolls" on ebay and was disappointed when most turned out to be common 40's and 50's LWC's. Then I found out that upwards of 95% of all wheat pennies are in the forties and fifties. So now I really don't know what to think. I got a few in the 20's, 1 or 2 in the teens and a few more in the 30's. I paid anywhere from $3 to $6 each usually, depending on what the end coins were. So, just for future reference, how much would any of you pay for a common roll of well circulated, no key dates, LWC's? Or should I ask, what would they be worth.

"THESE ARE FULL 50+ COIN ROLLS" Hmmmm. If they are unsearched, how can you be sure as to the count?
