PCGS certification verification: http://www.pcgs.com/cert/14613609, but all that would mean is that the faker used a cert w/o photo that matched.
Beyond that, it is hard to tell from a small photo. Take it to a PCGS dealer - they are supposed to be able to verify the security devices...
