I think the reverse pic is very small and it's hard to tell from these pics if the coin is cleaned or not.

Appears to have either high VF or lower XF details. These photos look highly suspect to me, perhaps they are hiding hairlines? Unless the seller can provide accurate photos I'd suggest passing on this coin.

I'm not a pro on this series in the slightest, but I will say that I always find this seller's photos seem too good to be true. Very GSC-esque. Last I checked their feedback, they had a lot of returned coins due to hairlines, etc. that didn't come through in the photos.
